Mind-body work is
remarkably more effective than traditional talk-therapy. These
mind-body tools
(EMDR - eye movement desensitization reprocessing, NET -

thought field therapy, and muscle testing) are particularly
effective with trauma, sexual disorders,
depression, anxiety, addictions and phobias. They are especially
useful for healing trauma that is
sub-conscious and inaccessible in talk-therapy (no hypnosis). The
