Dr. Kuhn’s is a licensed clinical psychologist who meets therapy clients in both Orange and Lake Forest. Some areas of interest are premarital counseling, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and trauma. He has received special training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. Dr. Kuhn also facilitates a group skills training class using Dialectical Behavior Therapy. He is a frequent presenter to local churches and community groups.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kuhn is an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Psychology Department at Azusa Pacific University. He teaches classes at the Doctoral level that have included: Moral Identity Formation and Psychotherapy, Spiritual Formation and Psychotherapy, Consultation, Family Ethics and Psychotherapy, and Interdisciplinary Integration and Psychotherapy.
