Cornerstone Counseling Center of
Chicago (CCCOC), founded over 30 years
ago by the LaSalle Street Church, has become its own non-profit
organization.
It seeks to follow Christ’s example as the Great Physician
and serve as
an agent of support and healing in the Chicago area.
CCCOC provides Master’s and Doctoral level mental health
services in the
areas of counseling, psycho-education (quarterly newsletter and
trainings),
and assessment services for the adults, children, families, and
community
workers of all income levels. Nearly half of the clients it
serves receive our
services at a reduced rate because of financial need, while the
rest pay
through their health insurance or pay the full fees.
