Churches by Denomination

Missionary Baptist churches grew out of the Baptist church from a controversy which divided the church on the belief of missions in the early 19th century. The Baptist Missionary denomination still has the same core beliefs of the Baptist church including: there is only one true and living God who exists in three persons, Jesus Christ is the son of God begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of Virgin Mary, that because of Jesus' crusifixion and ressurection we can choose salvation, and that the Holy Spirit indwells the believer and seals him / her for all eternity.
