We hope that you will join us for worship on Sundays at 9:30AM and 5:00PM.
At 12th Ave you are part of the family of God where we do more than just worship
together.

We provide fellowship, ministry to those in our community, and many ways to
become involved in service.

Our mission is to honor and praise God by increasing the faith of our members
through God’s Word and Christian Service, and to minister to the unsaved and
needy throughout the world, especially in the community in which God has placed us.

We are a part of the Christian Reformed denomination. Our vision is to be
“BUILDING THE BRIDGE OF HOPE” as we become a purpose-driven
church that seeks to glorify God in all we do.

A confessionally committed community of believers seeking to live to
the glory of God. Nursery provided, barrier-free facility.

Two worship services each Lord’s Day: 9:30AM and 5:30PM.
We meet at 6633 Lake Michigan Drive, on throughfare
M-45 directly across from the Firehouse #5 Museum.
