CMC – JAX is a small but growing beehive of activity throughout the week, but most people encounter us for the first time during one of our weekly worship services.
Our services at 10:30 a.m. Sundays are probably closest to what you may have experienced if you attended church when you were younger. It’s when you’ll typically find men and women dressed in their “Sunday best,” but no particular attire is expected or required. In fact, every 5th Sunday is a dress down, causal service. Come comfortable but modest.
You’ll want to arrive early to get oriented. Our Sanctuary, opens at 9:50 a.m. Many people arrive early to be seated, but our two large 65” smart screens make it easy to see what’s happening from anywhere in the room. Services typically last around an hour and a half.
CMS- JAX also gathers as a learning family on Thursdays (6:30 pm) and Saturdays (11 am). Dress casual and comfortable, coffee and light refreshments available.
Thursdays we are focusing on the Life and Ministry of Jesus Christ, including exploring the historical, archaeological, socio-political, cultural, backdrop to the New Testament.
Currently, we are studying the Gospel of St. Mark (verse by verse) to broaden our understanding of the life of Jesus the Messiah (The Christ; The Anointed One).
Everything typically wraps up by 7:45 p.m.
Saturdays we offer Messianic Torah Bible Studies beginning at 11:00 AM and wrapping up around 12:30. We are exploring the depths of the first Five Books of the Bible, Genesis- Deuteronomy, aka, Pentateuch, The Law of Moses, or simply the Torah.
We always have fresh coffee and tea available and light refreshments too. Come join us as we explore our Jewish roots.

The mission of Christ the Messiah Church is to bring the knowledge of Christ to those who do not yet know Him as their Lord and Savior, and to help those who are already Christians to mature in their Christian faith, love, and service, and to glorify God by loving and serving God and our neighbors as ourselves. Mathew 22:37-39.
The vision of Christ the Messiah Church is to be a community of believers committed to growing together in a loving relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord, as we lead others to Him with all kindness and respect by sharing the hope within us. I Peter 3:15.
