Apostle William is used by Holy Spirit with a strong apostolic and prophetic anointing, which has ushered many into their purpose and destiny. Though his pastorate demands much time, he is still a much-demanded conference, convention and seminar speaker with an emphasis on church government and covenant relationships. God has anointed him to minister to many the word of knowledge and the word of wisdom. Signs, wonders, and miracles follow his life as he teaches and preached the uncompromising WORD OF GOD.

– Apostle Williams is the apostolic founder and visionary of the Kingdom covenant Fellowship, a non-denominational fellowship of Equipping Kingdom Leaders for Kingdom Leadership.
– Dr. Precious Williams was born the fourth child of the late Freddie & Dorothy Lee of Indiantown, Florida. Dr. Williams is married to Apostle Dannie Williams, and they are the proud parents of two daughters. She has Co-Pastored the Citadel of Hope Ministries in Leesburg, Florida with her husband since 1990.

– Under their leadership the ministry has experience tremendous growth. Components of growth consist of: growth in membership, major real estate acquisition and building construction, the organization of Hope Vision, Inc. She is the facilitator for Jacksonville Theological Seminary.

– Dr. Precious is a graduate of Lee University of Cleveland, TN, with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, and a graduate of Jacksonville Theological Seminary with a Master and Doctorate in Christian Psychology. She possesses a strong intercessory anointing and is passionate regarding Citadel of Hope’s vision for Spiritual Renewal, Discipleship, Bible Steward, Economic Empowerment and holistic living.

– The Elders
– The Elders were ordained by the apostles and represent the local church government (Acts 14:23). The Elders are responsible for protecting the flock and teaching the congregation the word of God (Acts 20:28-30, I Timothy 5:17). The Elders are mature leaders who are gifted and have Godly character. All Elders operate with different gifts and graces.

– They can be an extension of the Pastor to you by:

– A. Assisting you in your walk with God through prayer and encouragement
– B. Assisting you in resolving conflicts
– C. Assisting you during bereavements and funeral services

– G. Visiting you in your time of need
