Gennifer received her Master’s degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in 2005.
She has an undergraduate degree in Family Life Education and Child Development. Gennifer
has worked intensively with families and children experiencing child sexual abuse, physical abuse
and domestic violence. Additionally, Gennifer has experience working with adoption issues,
behavioral issues, grief and loss, depression and other family relation or mental health issues.
She is qualified as an expert in child abuse related issues and has worked extensively in child
abuse investigations. Gennifer has a gift of working with children with special needs, as well. She
has over 15 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of capacities.

Gennifer is currently providing online support group to adopted parents struggling with their
adopted child. As this group grows, their may be the possibility for monthly support group
meetings in person or online to help other adoptive families in need. To learn more, please
