Counseling provides a caring and safe space to move through our fears and into greater enjoyment
of life. I commonly work with adults, adolescents and couples in exploring the dynamics and tension
of today’s problems while in pursuit of greater health and healing. I work with mental health,
relational and spiritual issues as well as my specialty of sex & love addiction therapy. I also lead
workshops, seminars and retreats on topics such as enhancing healthy relational intimacy and
moving through shame with grace & self-care.

I have both my Masters of Arts in Counseling and my Masters of Divinity from Mars Hill
GraduateSchool. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, having studied under Dr. Patrick Carnes
and the CompassPoint Addiction Foundation.
