St. Michael’s is a biblical, liturgical and traditional body of believers who worship God in spirit and in truth in the Anglican tradition. St. Michael’s is a congregation of the Reformed Episcopal Church. After the Bible, the REC is grounded in the historic creeds, the Articles of Religion and the Book of Common Prayer.

Rev. Fowler assumed duties at St. Michael’s on June 1, 2016, after serving congregations in Durango, Co., and Houston, TX. He holds a masters of divinity from Cranmer Theological House. He has been active in prison ministry in Houston and Durango, and has served on community and school boards. Before his ordination, Fowler was a sports columnist and radio talk show host in Houston, TX.
