In 2008 the pastor began her ministry training under pastor John Maggerd from Hillsboro church of God a Pentecostal church. When Pastor Maggard retired from preaching and passed away the following year; Rev. Johnson decided to continue her training through a nondenominational ministry. She preaches from the KJV bible, and treacherous spiritual growth and maturing of the spirit. .Following each service we have a carry in dinner. The church will provide the main dish and drinks. Everyone attending the dinner is asked to bring a covered dish so that there would be enough food. The church is a branch off of the Kings Kids Ministry; Kings Kids is a special program designed for children/ adults who are diagnosed with a mental or physical delay. Kings Kids has been a ministry since 2012. The coordinator of Kings Kids was ordained May 14, 2014. Then the church was legally named in July 2014. Services were held in a local building, until money was raised to rent a place. Currently the church is renting a store front building in order to have services. The church is small, with lots of opportunity for those with a call on their life.
