My passion is to see people set free from past hurt and trauma. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). This therapy is very effective in helping a person to work through unresolved small and large traumas. I love to see a person living free of bondage!

I also offer pre-marital and marital counseling, and am certified in the use of the Prepare/Enrich program. While I am trained in many different therapies for adults (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques), I rely on the Holy Spirit to guide the counseling process.

I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of individuals over the past 15 years, from those struggling with the complexities of mental health issues and various addictions to wrestling with unrelenting grief. I consider it a privilege to come alongside someone as he or she discovers the hope and the future that God has in store for them.
